What services do you provide besides pet sitting?

I offer a variety of in-home services for pets of all kinds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, including:

 

All Pets:

• Drop-in visits (single or multiple)

• Medication administration 

• Nail trimming (and dremel for select pets)

• Ear cleaning

 

Primarily for Dogs:

• Bath & brush

• De-shedding

• Paw pad tidying

• Paw balm

• Teeth wiping

• Face/eye clean-up

Do you offer meet & greets?

Yes, I require a complimentary meet-and-greet prior to new bookings to ensure a good fit and review your pet’s routine and care needs.

What areas in Syracuse do you serve?

I typically serve areas under 20 minutes travel time from Eastwood, Syracuse, NY. Service may be available outside this area for an additional travel fee. Please reach out to confirm availability for your specific neighborhood.

Do you stay overnight?

I do not provide overnight stays at this time. I have pets of my own at home, and some of them do not do well with overnight absences.

Can you provide references from other clients?

Yes, references are available upon request. I'm happy to connect you with satisfied clients.

What if my pet is nervous or timid?

I take a calm, patient approach and work at your pet’s pace to build comfort and trust. When needed, I offer “friendly visits” ahead of time at a discounted rate to help pets feel more at ease before care begins.

Do you have experience with pets that have special needs?

Yes. I’m happy to care for pets with special needs and have extensive experience working with animals who require individualized care. Please be sure to outline your pet’s needs when booking so I can ensure the best possible care.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, debit, credit, Venmo, and PayPal. Invoices or receipts are available upon request.

Do you administer medications?

Yes, I can administer most routine medications as instructed, including oral, topical, and insulin injections. Please discuss details during booking.

How far in advance should I book your services?

I recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons and holidays, to ensure availability.

How do you ensure the safety of my pet and home?

Your pet’s safety and your home’s security are top priorities. I use a thorough intake & care checklist and review everything with you ahead of time to ensure we’re all comfortable with the care plan.
